Celebrate your 5th Grader by submitting a baby photo to be featured in the yearbook!

Photo must be submitted by:
February 20th

Submit ONE baby photo (see below):

Individual (no other people in the photo)
Forward facing (from chest up) and shows the baby’s face clearly
2 years or younger
High resolution/quality (300+ dpi) JPG, no watermark/text, etc.
Rename the photo with your student’s first and last name as you want it to appear in the yearbook (ex: John Smith)

Please note: This is how the name will appear in the yearbook — check for typos!

Every effort will be made to include all submitted baby photos. In the event of an error or omission, please accept our apologies as the yearbook cannot be reprinted. Late submissions cannot be accepted. Thank you for understanding!
