Welcome to Monroe Elementary PTA!
The Monroe Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization made up of community volunteers collaborating with our school staff and administration, to support our mission and programs that will enhance the learning experience of our students. The Monroe PTA funds a number of events and classroom activities such as Movie Nights, Skate Nights, Bingo, Yearbook, Field Trips, etc. There are so many ways you can help support your PTA, and without you, we would not be able to make all these great things happen! Our Mission: Our PTA mission is to support students, families, the school, and community in fostering a healthy, safe and enriching environment where students are inspired to reach their full potential.
Membership at this PTA shall be open to all people without discrimination. Membership is open to all parents, teachers, staff, grandparents, guardians, community members and any other persons that support and encourage the purpose of PTA. No state restrictions. We welcome & appreciate all supporters.

Monroe PTA Executive Committee
The Executive Committee at Monroe PTA is elected by our membership and is responsible for maintaining our standing with all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to, the State of Washington, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Washington State PTA, and Everett PTSA Council; planning and executing events and activities that will enrich the Monroe Elementary School community; support our students, staff, and families; and raise funds to pay for events and support each school year.
The Monroe PTA Board reports to our local council, Everett PTSA Council 7.3, and to the Washington State PTA with roles and responsibilities outlined by our council and state to ensure we are maintaining our good standing.
